After realizing how much plastic waste selling products would create, using Eco-friendly plastics was a part of the plan from the start. Drop Shipping and using a print-on-demand method of production started out as a way to manage inventory but has evolved into a sustainable way to reduce waste due to overproduction. Using eco-friendly materials and partnering with other companies committed to sustainable creation and consumption are just the first steps to becoming a fully sustainable brand.

PROCESSING + SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and Shipping vary from product to product, and it’s detailed in the product description. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days.

“MADE TO ORDER “PRODUCTS

“Made to order" products are ordered to be made once your order is received and take up to 2 weeks to be processed and shipped.

“DROP SHIPPED” PRODUCTS

“Drop shipped" products are made and shipped out by a third party on behalf of AG” ART + CRAFTS. Processing and Shipping times vary. An email with tracking information is sent after purchase.

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Returns are not accepted. A store credit or replacement may be possible depending on the circumstances. AG” ART + CRAFTS is not responsible for issues with sizing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
